You can request account deletion directly in the app or by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
Open GardenVibe
Launch the GardenVibe app on your device.
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap your profile icon, then open Settings.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap the Delete Account option.
Confirm Deletion
Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us directly. Include the email address associated with your GardenVibe account.
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
Certain data may be retained after account deletion where required by applicable law or financial regulations:
This data is stored securely, is not used for any marketing purpose, and is deleted as soon as the legal retention period expires.
